30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any issue on our end — including product quality issues, incorrect items shipped, or damaged goods — you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to your original payment method.

1-Year Quality Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item experiences any quality-related issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Shipping Fees for Returns

 

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
